I forbindelse med vores generalforsamling vil Henry A. Greene, OD, FAAO, pens. klinisk professor hos Department of Ophthalmology, University of North Carolina School of Medicine, og medstifter og præsident af Ocutech® Inc., holde et oplæg om optisk rehabilitering for lang afstand:

”This course presents a practical, clinical approach to evaluating visually impaired individuals for bioptic telescopes.  It teaches a clinical protocol for the assessment of an individual’s visual needs, clinical methods for determining appropriate patients, and for establishing a prognosis for likely prescription success. Methods for fitting and training patients and practice management tips are also included. It is hoped that the attendee will leave with practical knowledge that they can apply with their next low vision patient.” Henry A. Greene, OD, FAAO.
